When to Use Bulk Updates

Bulk updates are perfect for:

• Applying pricing rule suggestions across many products
• Seasonal price adjustments
• Responding to competitor promotions
• End-of-line clearance

Bulk Update Methods

1. Apply Rule Suggestions

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Filter products with pending price suggestions
3. Review the suggested prices
4. Click Apply All Suggestions or select specific products
5. Confirm and sync to Shopify

2. Percentage Adjustment

1. Select products in your dashboard
2. Click Bulk Actions > Adjust Prices
3. Choose Percentage change
4. Enter the percentage (positive or negative)
5. Preview changes before applying

3. Fixed Amount Adjustment

1. Select products
2. Click Bulk Actions > Adjust Prices
3. Choose Fixed amount
4. Enter the amount to add or subtract
5. Preview and apply

4. Set to Match Competitor

1. Select products
2. Click Bulk Actions > Match Competitor
3. Choose which retailer to match
4. Preview the new prices
5. Apply and sync

Safety Features

Preview Mode

Always see exactly what will change before confirming:

• Current price vs new price
• Margin impact
• Products affected

Margin Protection

Bulk updates respect your minimum margins:

• Products that would fall below minimum are flagged
• You can exclude them or override

Undo Option

Made a mistake? Within 24 hours you can:

1. Go to Settings > Price History
2. Find the bulk update
3. Click Revert All

Best Practices

• Start small: Test with a few products first
• Review previews carefully: Check margin impacts
• Update during low-traffic hours: Minimise customer confusion
• Document major changes: Note the reason in your records
