RightPrice updates competitor prices daily to ensure you have current data.

Standard Updates

• All tracked products: Updated daily

Priority Updates

High-priority products may receive more frequent updates:

• Products in active pricing rules
• Recently repriced items
• High-value products
• Products you've starred

Last Updated Timestamp

Each price shows when it was last checked:

• "Just now": Updated within the last hour
• "X hours ago": Updated within the day
• "Yesterday": Updated in the previous 24 hours

Factors Affecting Updates

Product Priority

Products are prioritised based on:

1. Active pricing rules
2. Recent user interactions
3. Match confidence score
4. Category importance

Retailer Availability

Updates depend on retailer website accessibility. Occasionally updates may be delayed if a retailer site has issues.

Manual Refresh

Need the latest price immediately?

1. Go to the product page
2. Click the Refresh icon next to competitor prices
3. Wait a few seconds for updated data

Note: Manual refresh is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

On Growth plans and above:

• All tracked products updated daily
• Automatic alerts if data staleness detected
